To resend service books to a BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps (BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 and earlier):
On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, click the Email Settings icon. If running BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 - 5.0, the Email Settings icon may be located in the Setup folder.
If prompted, type the username and password, and then click Log In.
On the main screen, click Help.
Click Send Service Books.
Click OK in the confirmation window.

First be sure that you have correct Service Plan on your account from your Carrier Globe . As already Tanzim stated you have to call your Carrier " Globe " . As you are unable to resend those Service Book from your device , your Carrier can also push those Service book if you give them a call.
I hope you are at Philiphines and Yes as Prince mentined, it really recommended to call your service provider to get the service book settings and even if you already had them in your phone, its better to call the Customer service team and let them know about the requirement. They might need to activate some stuffs from there end manually.
