I have two blackberry curve 9300 one on O2 and one on vodafone. Now with both phones both charging socket points have come off, they both have not been manhandled. O2 would not repair the phone and just waiting to send the other phone to vodafone for repair. Has anyone had this same problem with there 9300 and would this be down to a manufacturer fault? I am not happy with O2 refusing to repair the phone as they stated it was user damage. On close inspection inside the phone also noticed that the charging track, on the circuit board, was actually missing, now how can that be user damage? Will wait and see if Vodafone will repair the phone. Should I make a complaint to O2 for not repairing the phone in the first place or just leave it?
