I have had my phone less than a year and the battery isn't working anymore, i order a new one and that isn't working either. I know it is the battery as I have used a friends blackberry battery in my phone to see if it works and it does. please help?

From what you report, I would surmise that you are in the very unlucky position of having your original battery go bad as well as having received a defective one when you purchased your replacement. Unlucky, but not statistically impossible. Hence, your next step, I would think, would be to seek warranty coverage for the replacement you received that is not working.


By some means, you need to have a functioning battery...lacking one, the BB simply will not function under any circumstances.
