bb keypad frozen and black

hi,

 

please help,my bold 4 sudden went black and keypad frozen,it comes on wen i use tge side buttons.

 

i am receiving mesagea on bb,email but cant view becos the scroll and keypad aint working.

 

please help its xmas day.

Have you tried a battery pull?  If this doesn't work, it sounds like a hardware problem.  Can you take it to the store?
