bbm 7 problem

Can some1 help me plz, I've recently downloaded the new version of bbm but it won't let me use the voice chat! I connect to my wifi but when I click the call button I get the message "your voice chat connection carnt be established" can any1 help me plz

Try this -


When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

Uninstall your BBM first. then open your native Blackberry browser and go to "mobile.blackberry.com" from there download the latest bbm version. restart your torch and enjoy.
