bbm id help

updated my bbm this morning and cannot get into it , i noticed the email address that was coming up was a letter of my actual email address, so i reset the password using my email address and the link came through. i then notced that the username associated with my email address was not the one for my phone it was someone elses. My emails all come through my phone as they should but the ids different. any suggestions on what i can do?

It may happen that when your device was set for the first time that particular email ID was provided!! May be some else configured your device!
