bbm not working on curve 8520

i update my bbm 8.0 but it is not working pls help for this

If you encounter any BBM 8 Issue. Gather the following Details · Behavior of the application o Error Code o Noticeable difference. · If it is sluggish, slow, freezing , or not working o Uninstall using Application management through the BlackBerry Device software. § Home Screen > Application Management > BlackBerry Messenger > Delete (Uninstall) Or o Run BlackBerry Desktop Software. § Plug the device § Go to Application § Look for the BlackBerry Messenger and click Uninstall >Apply
