my bbm isnt worrking
when i go for the diagnostis test
it says blackberry regirtration : yes
blackberry pin pin : abort
my service provider doesnt have anything
please help me

I suspect your data services are deactivated. I suggest contacting your wireless service provider again to ensure you have the correct service enabled on your account to use BlackBerry® Messenger.
