hi i updated my bbm messenger to version 7 on saturday and my sister in toronto canada also did this, and we both connected are phone to are home wi fi and where able to call one another but today we can yet we are both still connected to are wi fis. can someone please help me with this. many thanks
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
