bbm

i cant coonect to bbm... everytime i try to connect app to bbm it wont proceed.. it says.. cannot proceed to bbm because the radio is turned off.. what does that mean?? is there a built in radio for blackberry curve 8520???

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

Go into Manage Connections and make sure Mobile Network is turned on, and go into Mobile Network Options and make sure Data Services is turned on.

 

Also do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?
