yea i think so, it was all working fine even this morning it was working but now i just get a red cross when i try and send a message
If it was working before then please try those steps in a same sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back.
