i am haveing problems with my blackberry 8520 i turn it on and it goes by the blackberry loading bit but when it starts it doesnt go by the 02 logo at the start has anyone had this before
Can you please brief us about the issue and what exactly to you mean by 02 logo?

it is an o2 locked phone but i can use tesco mobile on it but iv got it sussed i have went into safe mode and just wiped my phone altoghter then its worked.
