Hello.
I have been using gmail on my blackberry for a month without problems, it just comes straight to the inbox on the main screen of the phone.
Today my Blackberry stopped sending emails but still recieves them. When I try to delete anything in the inbox, it merely gives them a "yellow" star but does not remove them.
How can I resolve this?! I am really desperate!!
I have tried deleting gmail account and starting again, but this does not work. Nor does asking for servicebooks.
Any idea?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS conduits for the affected email accounts.

Hello,
If you've indeed done all that is recommended, then you need to stick with your network provider. But, don't let them off the hook! Look at it this way. You pay RIM nothing. You pay everything to your carrier. They are 100% responsible for delivering all of your services to you, and they are failing at that, even though you continue to pay them! That's just plain wrong. So, call them back. Don't let them get away without resolving it. They have the ability to escalate your case into RIM if they cannot resolve it...you have no other free channel to receive any type of support from RIM...only via escalation from your carrier. So, call them back and don't let them fob you off...it is their responsibility to deliver to you the services that you pay them for.
Good luck!

Hi there
I have the same issue. Desperate for some help but customer care is useless. Did you ever resolve your problem?
