No I don't have a replacement battery.sometimes as well the ringtone will change and if I go into the media part it will say there are no songs but if I pull the battery it will all come back on again.I have to also use an old charger,if I use the charger that came with the fone it says there's not enough power to charge it

Re: blackberry curve 9320 batt too low for radio use

Do this,
Leave the device to charge for a couple of hours, and then, still connected to the charging cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. Do this a couple of times over the next few days.

What it sounds like is that your on-device battery monitor is off-sync with the actual battery charge. Doing this above will normally get them back in sync.

Here are some good charging tips, please read and you'll see that many of them will apply to you.
