My blackberry is telling me enter blackberry to contine I have done this and nothing happens also i have taken the battery out  put back in to get the same message please help

Please STOP  and wait ,Its asking for the Correct password that you had set on your device.Please enter the correct password associated with the device ,otherwise it will wipe the whole device data.

Hi i have entered my pin coe though it as come up in lettes and still nothing happening the same enter blackberry to continue appears

You might have a mixture of different characters in your password or Pin code ,and you are not able to properly enter those on the BlackBerry  keyboard. For example , if your password   is

top123

And you enter t > o >p > alt > 1>2>3

 the actual result will be

• top1er

You must enter

• t > o > p > alt > 1 > alt > 2 > alt > 3

to get top123 on your device. So, in this example, while on the BlackBerry  keyboard you think you are typing top123, you are actually typing top1er.So please type it correctly.

my pin code consists of 4 digits which i have entered by pressing alt and digits still no joy

                       Is it a new device ? If it is type  " BlackBerry " and press OK  then enter your PIN .

I have had the phone for a few months now .I have typed "blackberry" pressed ok although it came back to same screen i have entered password and still no avail

                        first type BlackBerry then OK then on that scrren enter your PIN CORRECTLY. ( Also reconfirm your PIN )

have entered blackberry then ok then pin ,ok and it is still going back to screen enter blackberry its sending me crazy thankyou for your assistance but this is very frustrating lol
