my phone wiped out had to reinstall the operating system. now i can't get into my blackberry internet service as i cant remember the password. it says it sent it to my blackberry device, but where did it go messages or sms i have no idea and i cant remember it as it has been a long time since i set it up
The password would get sent to you as a PIN message and appear in your main Messages application. If you are not seeing the password, check the signal indicator in the top right corner of your BlackBerry® smartphone's home screen to see if it appears in upper case or lower case letters.

i still don't have it. What do you mean upper case or lower case. i don't get that. i just want to find this password so i can put in my email address. this is very frustrating.
