Hi nishantpotdar,

In which country are you located? There may be an update available for your BlackBerry smartphone, however that is dependent on which region you are in.  To check for an update, plug your device into your PC and go to www.blackberry.com/update.

Thanks.

Re: blackberry restarting after listing songs

How did you perform the update on your BlackBerry smartphone? The software you currently have installed has not been officially released by your wireless provider (Vodafone India). I would recommend installing the latest supported software version by going to www.blackberrry.com/update while your device is plugged into your PC.

Thanks.
