blackberry stolen

My mobile was stolen and i had filed an FIR for the same. after a month i came to know that someone else was using my mobile with the help of my friends blackberry. is there anyways i can get help from blackberry

All that is useful is in that post/thread. I've never heard of BlackBerry providing any help to end users in this situation. But, to formally ask them, you'd start with your mobile service provider and convince them to escalate your request to BlackBerry.
