i got robbed of my blackberry my protecter was on when i phone cell c they want my email but i cant not remember it and they are not helpfull  please help me

You can login yourself to Protect:  www.blackberry.com/protect

 

If you can't remember your BlackBerryID username and password, that will be a problem.
