hello: well my blackberry trackpad is playing up , its works one minute and dosent the next , i have to push the track pad done quite hard to get it to work , its the blackberry 9300 , about 4 months oold so no warrenty.

Hi, My trackpad scrolls on its own ending up with text messages all jumbled up as the track pad jumps to the left ,i am sending it in for repair to three as it still isnt right after the last repair

I have made (2) software updates last week, the latest one being 6.0 Bundle 2921. Since that, the track pad is always going up and it reacts very poorly.

I'm almost certain that this is a software bug because nothing particular happened to the terminal (hardware).

Reading emails becomes really nerve wrecking.

Could the RIM software team repair that ? Is it possible to restore the old software version ?

I am not that savvi as far as all the techno mumbo jumbo is concerned so dont understand what you are saying why cant blackberry help us
