Can anyone please explain this:- I have my daughters blackberry phones bluetooth enabled, but when she tries to send me something, I receive a failed notification.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

See this KB:

  • KB05409 Transfer a file using Bluetooth technology between two BlackBerry smartphones

 

Unless you are on BB OS 6 or 7, do not skip the "Receive Using BT" step on the receiving BB...nothing will transfer if you do.
