Hello, this is my first post. I have been away for the weekend, now I'm home and although my phone says it is connected to wifi....it will only show old twitter messages from yesterday. I can access the internet so I imagine it cannot be the connection.  If i try to message etc, it says I do not have a dataplan...but it has been working perfectily until now.

can someone help?

Have you had a data plan in the past?

Are you using the Twitter for BlackBerry application?

no and no. But I have been using Twitter on my Blackberry for ages now with nary a problem. Just checked and it is still not updating

Are you connected to WiFi?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Yay! the re boot did it....sorry, I should have thought of that
