my network provider is talk talk and i am having problems connecting to the internet and bbm i have a blackberry curve 9320 can anyone help please

Do you have a blackberry data plan with talktalk? In order to use BBM and other specific data apps on a blackberry you will need a blackberry data plan rather than a generic carrier data plan.
