What on earth is happen to me..I try browse link that you give to me that is https://digimy.blackberry.com/..I do what this thing want me to do..and then this page says:cannot create account..this action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer.Use email setup application on your BB to create account..oh god help me

If you give your carrier a call, they can do this for you too.  I don't know if this link will work from the device

Oh I forgot one thing,maybe you all know blackberry agent from malaysia..maybe that's easier way to I solve my problem
