tried connecting to the internet on blackberry curve,I have gone through the set up procedure and it shows that wifi is on,but it says not connected.I can make and accept calls,and same with txt messages.can anyone help me please?

are you trying to connect through WiFi or mobile DATA??? and do you have the BB service??

thru wifi and yes got BB service

Does the blackberry logo changes to the wifi once you're connected to the blackberry (see below).. If yes, you have internet access through wifi

Optional: try checking for wifi service books... how? on the phone desktop > within the search bar > type "Sevice Books".... search results shows you as "options"... select that & select service books... afterwards, search for the wifi service books
