cant figure out call-forwarding (despite googling)

I'm on a BB Curve 9300. Trying to do some call-forwarding but I cant find it. I've searched for prolly 30 mins now and cant find an effective answer. All the answers seem to be saying the same thing:

  1. Press the Send key
  2. Press the Menu key
  3. Select Options
  4. Select Call Forwarding

The thing is once I goto Options in step 3, I dont see Call Forwarding anywhere.

 

Help!

This feature may not be available depending on your wireless service provider, please contact your wireless service provider for more information.
