charging problem , help pls

Hello
I bought my new blackberry curve 9220 before two days , everything is working great except when I charge my phone , my phone doesn't reach full charge ( it reaches 88%) no matter what I do . Is there any problem with my phone and how can I solve the problem

Sometime our OnDevice Battery meter can show that error.Try this  While the device is connected to a Wall charger  remove the Battery  from the device wait  then Reinset it back to the device let your device take a long reboot. Try the same sequence 3 or 4 time. Rebooting in this manner sometime fixes On Battery meter.
