My Device: Curve 9300

connecting to desktop error

My Blackberry Curve 9300 regularly reverts to a screen saying 'connecting to desktop'.  The phone then 'freezes' on that screen and I cannot do anything and the only solution is to open the back, remove and replace the battery and wait for the phone to reboot.  Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?

 

The device software is version 6.0 Bundle 2949

 

The desktop software is 7.1.0.41

 

And Windows 7

Hi,
In Your Phone is temp data having so please upgrade your phone .
