connection off

lately it happens that the mobile connection turns to 'off' by itself. I have to go to the connections menu and reselct it manually to solve the problem. am I maybe pressing some wrong button by mistake? (i've had the phone for months and it never happened before). help!

Hi and welcome to the forums!

 

 

Please try the following:

Pull the battey while the device is ON, replace after a minute,

let the device reboot 1-3 min, Rety the function that was the poblem

Also if you let your battery run down real low you will get a message something like (battery to low for radio signal). That is going to turn your connection off. And I believe it does not automatically come back on you have to manually turn it back on when the battery is charged a bit more.

hi i seem to be having this same problem the connection turns off, i turn it back on, a minute later its off.taking the battery out didnt not work, and my battery is at full power.
