contact list.. ..name doesn't show up when I am called

I am wondering who out there can help..I am new to BB..what a learning curve!.. lol..

 I have added contacts to my BB Curve 3G..but when they call ..it shows up as "Unknown Number"

 

any thoughts? any answers?Help is greatly appreciated..~signed,-m8rix.

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Make sure there are no dashes or spaces in the numbers in your BlackBerry Address Book and verify that the area code is entered also.
