crazy problem with curve 9300

it starts with the update of bbm

after update it failed in registeration and restarts every time the device boots !!!

but wehn i turn off wifi and mobile network it doesnot reboot unless i turn wifi on again

 

i uninstalled the bbm and tried to install it again from bb app world but suddenly while downloading it crashes and restarts and never accept to download it again

 

i decided to return the device to fatory settings

but after that the app world of bb is not working !!!! it restarts the device when clicking the icon

 

what should i do ??

i ve just deleted also the bb app world and will try ti install it again

pls help how to manage

I would suggest updating your BlackBerry Software via USB from BlackBerry Desktop Manager/ Desktop Software

BBM 7 is currently not supported by your phone.

 

You must have OS 6 or higher and must be in a supported country.

Please check the list on the following link:

You realize the 9300 supports OS 6?
