curve 8520 start up

Hi,

my phone ran out of battery and when i went to charge it up i plugged it in, the LED red light came on and the start up screen appeared, but instead of the white bar loading up it just completely turned off. It then does this repeatedly, and it does nothing else. I have no way of turning on my phone.. Just wondering if anybody has had the same problem and could give me some suggestions on why and how I can fix this problem?

Thankyou,

Charlotte

Hi charcharr3rd

Welcome to the Community

While your device is connected to the Wall Charger remove your device battery from the back then after a min. reinsert it .See what happen. It may be possible that battery has been completely drained. In addition have you installed any application before this problem started.

Re: curve 8520 start up

I tried that and it didn't work, just kept doing the same thing. I left it on charge all last night and today, and it keeps repeating the same process, although now it quickly fills the loading bar, but then turns off.. and also a white background came up with the words, Reload software: 507. with a symbol with a cross through it came up, then it turned off and started the process again.
