i have a blackberry curve 8520. the unlock button on the top. the mute part which is used to unlock my blackberry is falling apart. the rubber has broken off and i am nearly missing the whole button..... what do i do??? xx

Under warranty, most retailers might consider that physical damage and refuse to replace under warranty. Personally, I imagine it's just normal use. Is your device still under warranty?

If not, you can order a replacement and do it yourself, from cnn.cn or truesupplier.com

well its on contract and the contract doesnt end till next october. i have never dropped it or done any damage to it
