How do I program a number for speed dialing for a message service other than Blackberry? For instance, if I want to check messages for my land line while out I need to dial 905-xxx-xxxx, wait for the recorded message asking me to enter # if an existing subscriber and to enter my mailbox number, when the number is entered, I wait for a recorded message asking me for my password, I am then in the system...I just don't know how to record the pauses etec. Is this possible?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

When setting up the contact, in the phone number section look at the right side of the keyboard.

There are two keys marked P and W. These are pause and wait. You can add them to the number.

Wait gives 5 seconds a character, pause gives me a menu item to dial the password.

Let us know if you have these options.

Thanks,
