I tried to update my OS on my curve 9300.
from OS5 to OS6
I have scrupulously respected the procedure.
My BB is stuck on startup. I have the BB logo and the white bar that appears entirely. That's it.
I tried to update the emergency procedure but the message appears: "critical error. Repeat the download."
My phone is completely blocked

I would suggest following the steps in this article to reload your BlackBerry® Device Software again. "How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader" www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144
Since your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone is unable to start, you may need to start the software reload without the battery inserted in order to force the PC to detect it.
Please note: this will remove all personal data from your BlackBerry smartphone.
