curve 9320

just exchanged my phone and now I can't connect to my wi-fi , never had any problems before, It just keeps saying not connected, I tried putting all info in manually but still won't connect. Please help

with your pc can not connect normally? try resetting the modem, if not funzaiona still try to restore the cell

Try resetting your WiFi router (remove the internet cable in, and the power cable from the router for a minute, replace and allow the router to reboot).

 

Now, try the WiFi connection again.

maybe the range of your wifi is very low , so you cannot connect through wifi
