I recently changed my email address and dispite calls to my provider and scouring the web for answers im having real difficulty trying to change my email address on my BB ID. If i go to options>device>blackbery id and change the user name there it says that its already registered. However, when i go to Apps>My Account my new BB ID doesnt show. Been trying for the past 5 hours to get this sorted HELP please 
Have you tried pulling the battery out and doing the process after?
