hey i scrwed my phone big time
i have a blackberry 9360
the 3.5mm jack wasnt working from day one but i didnt care
after some time i sat on my screen and my screen broke . i didnt know about blackberry repair center so i asked a guy in my maket to fix it he said that this will not effect my warrent after the screen got repaired my trackball's click stopped working but i was able to move up and down with it and i used the enter botton
then i got to know about blackberry repair center in nehru place
so i went there i gave my phone for repair
they said that the tamper seal is broken and there is some liquid error in the screen so hey cant repair it
i told them atleast repair the 3.5 mm jack that was a manufacturing fault i told them that i am ready to pay for it
they told me that they will not reapir this
a few days ago i could not charge my phone properly
and then my charging point came out
i was suprised

As a user-to-user community, no one here can answer your question with any level of authority whatsoever. We don't work for BlackBerry nor your local repair person nor your local service center. But, given what you describe, there's not much left to salvage...admitting defeat and replacing would be your best bet IMHO.
In any event, your escalation path is not here, in these forums. If you want to do something formally about this, your only recourse is to appeal via your service center. But be ready to be refused again...the seal is broken, and your warranty is void. They have no way to know if the jack was damaged as a result of the unauthorized repairs, after all.
