Hi,
I've just taken over a Blackberry 8300 from a colleague who's left the company. Is there a quick way to remove their contacts from the phone & SIM address books on mass? It's agonising having to do it one by one! I've also got the same problem with needing to remove their email settings.
Sorry - I'm new to BBs so any assistance will be much appreciated!
Thanks,
TVP

Hi again,
I've successfully wiped the contacts etc off the phone, but now there are the contacts on the SIM. Anyone know how I wipe the SIM of contacts too?
Many thanks,
TVP

If you use a PC you can access the SIM through Windows explorer via USB card, and the SIM card will show up as a drive.
Ignore this post, I gave the wrong information.
