My Device: curve 9360

died battery after 4 days the warranty finished

i was using curve 9360 and before couple of days my start switching off even though the battery still half charged or 15% and i have to charge it again ,, 

after i went to "axiom" where i got my phone from .. they told me that the warranty have been finished on 19th of jan,, so we cant even take a look on it ?!?! 

and you deal with it !!

Buy a new battery.

If you can order from Amazon.com, they should cost about 6 - 10 $USD

you are working in rim ?!?
this is the only solution ?!?
its not about the money
why i would pay money on something that doesnt last for one year ?!?
even less than year bcuz i already using another phone !!

Warranty for battery is usually shorter than for whole device, for details check on:

How does your bettery is operating depend on your behaviour, charging cycles etc. If you will care about your battery it should be in good condition for long time. By the way someone should move this topic because it have nothing in common with  development.

The batteries do last more than a year. My current device battery is over 20 months old as of January 1013.

Batteries, being used in many different manners, charging habits, draining habits, heat, etc., can vary.
