disatisfied with curve 9220

I purchased a curve 9220 after three monthd it starts hang and lights off and on I visited service centre in patiala they send my mobile to bangalore and after a month I receved a fresh set with same model no. Afrer 20 days same problem is still in there too I checked it two times service centre told me that they update its software but after a couple days problem is there I again visited service center I hand over device to them they told me that we are sent it to bangalore for repair after 20 days I again receive device but I find problem is still there please tell me what I do weither I look for comsumer court or any other way to resolve the issue
