I'm using BB 9320 a 3G smartphone but I can't download videos n movies even using You Tube.

Why?

Do you mean watch online or physically download the video file? If so YouTube doesn't easily allow you to download. 

I know some carriers do not allow dreaming from YouTube unless connected to wifi. What other sites are you trying to use?

Toxicwap is another site I tried. If there is need to download a program please advice of which.

As I originally asked, are you trying to watch online or download the video file? Some carriers prevent streaming videos from sites such as YouTube unless you are on wifi

Even to watch its does not.

In which case give your carrier a call and check if they allow streaming of videos while not connected to wifi

Had the same problem cannot download any big files or emails - phoned carrier who informed me that BB has now capped BIS to 100mb. I feel cheated by BB.
