downloaded app from app world

hi there,

 

my son has downloaded an app from app world called "live animated thunder lightning" now he cant do anything with the phone. it has lightning flashes on the desktop but when he presses the buttons nothing happens.

 

please can someone help we have removed the battery but when it re boots it still does nothing.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, attempt to remove that app.
