downloading music

I'm having problems with downloading music on my Curve.. It doesn't matter which site I use help me please!!!

Downloading files from the BlackBerry Browser can be controlled and throttled from your network service provider.  I would suggest contacting them for more information.

Contacting the service provider is not going to help. They said to me that a block has been put on downloading even if you have airtime one. But this seems to be only on a selected few handhelds. Please try and solve this problem. Its iritating. Want to throw my phone away and buy a nokia.
