How do I remove enterprise activation so I can link to an aol e-mail address?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You don't...Enterprise will always show, but Personal/Internet will be added once you subscribe, from your mobile service provider, to an adequate BB-level data plan. Generic data plans usually do not include email...but your carrier can tell you what plan you need, from them, to activate the services you desire.
