e-mails

No matter which way I try to validate my main e-mail address it keeps coming back to 'old pass-word'.
To cut a long story short, I can't remember it(if I ever had it)
Any help would be gratefully received.

Giving Vodafone a ring should resolve your issue.  They're good at getting email accounts up and running again.  While you're on the horn with them, ask them to set you up at vodafone.blackberry.com where you'll be able to configure your email account(s) on your own.

The last message I had came from Blackberry, so I think its where I should start;
///To resume email delivery, login to
your BlackBerry Internet Service
account and verify that settings for this email account are correct.///
Whether I try to validate the account or change the password, it keeps asking me for the old, original password. There must be some mechanism, for old fools like me, to retrieve forgotten passwords, as when validating BB account where 'personal' question was asked.
