hi! i need some help from you guys, i have a BB curve 8900, it used to belong to my sister, when she gave the cellphone to me it was configured to her email account, when i tryed to change it , it didnt worked but finally i deleted all her accounts from the phone, now i try to set up my email account and the options given in the tutorials doesnt work for me. i use the following steps: menu, setup, setup wizard, email setup, and here they just give one option that is "i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server", i click next, "has your blackberry enterprise server administrator provided you with an enterprise activation password?" y/n, click next, then it shows Email: ....... Activation Password: ............ Activation server adress: ..... PIN........... and status : not activated.
What can i do to set up my account!??

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider? You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.
So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
Once done, you will get the personal internet email setup icon.
