hi there, just wondering if anyone can help?! I have a blackberry curve 9320 and have problems with opening new emails, the phone open the header of the email with no problem, but the rest of the message is the email before, mainly problematic with groupon emails, and is only opening half the page. Please open your message folder and press the Menu key > Options.

Scroll down to AUTO MORE and make sure that is enabled.

Ok. So is it just half the entire email is missing or just the images, or what?

both, it shows you what the email is about, and about 4-5 lines of the email, the pictures come up as blue and white squares. the emails do open properly when you close and reopen them

This only happens with the Groupon emails?

yes and no, if i receive an email from anyone, it will show in the header who the email is from but the email is the first half of my last groupon email, until i close the email and reopen.

Can you try installing a free application called "ShowMeTheImages" and see if that helps you any?
