email setup curve 9320

Everytime i try to set up email i get the following message. Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable. How do i sort this

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB12660 "Activation request failed - a service connection is unavailable" when performing a wireless enterprise activation process

As you can see, that applies to BES...you did not say, so I can only assume (since that's the only on point KB). As such, you should work with your BES admin.
