can anyone tell me why i dont have: 'I want to create or add an email address' but only 'i want to use a work email account with a BB enterprise server'...............can any1 pls????

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the personal setup and RIM push email functions you are looking for,  and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

Tell you how to "call your carrier"?

Call your mobile provider.. the company to which you pay your monthly or prepaid SIM service.
